The friendly, caring environment at the Center for Assisted Reproduction begins with each of the four doctors and their staff members.
Established in 1989, the Center for Assisted Reproduction provides a full array of fertility treatments including an egg donation program. Under the direction of Dr. Kevin and Dr. Kathleen Doody, the Center achieved the first intracytoplasmic sperm injection pregnancy and egg donation pregnancies in North Texas. CAR's longstanding egg donation program, under the direction of Dr. Kathleen Doody, offers patients the guidance and knowledge of highly experienced physicians and staff.
Dr. Kathleen Doody is proud to serve as the Director of the Egg Donor Program at the Center for Assisted Reproduction. Working alongside her husband Dr. Kevin, Dr. Kathy is dedicated to creating an environment in which patients and doctors can work together to find solutions for infertility.
Dr. Kathy received her MD degree from the University of Texas Health Science Center in Houston after graduating with a chemistry degree from Texas A&M. She completed her Obstetrics and Gynecology residency at Baylor College of Medicine in Houston in 1988.
To further deepen her understanding of egg donation and fertility issues, Dr. Kathy then completed additional subspecialty training in Reproductive Endocrinology and Infertility at the University of Texas Southwestern Medical Center. As a result, she is board certified in Obstetrics and Gynecology and subspecialty board certified in Reproductive Endocrinology and Infertility.
Dr. Kathy was named as one of Texas' Super Doctors in 2005 and 2006 as well as one of Fort Worth's Top Docs of 2005.
